Our home is located in Phippsburg, Maine. We have chickens, ducks, and geese in our backyard, along with a three-acre pond at the rear of the property. This is their favorite spot where they enjoy the best moments, happily pecking at weeds.
Pekin ducks, also known as American Pekin or White Pekin, originated in China. They have a distinctive white feather color, orange bills, and orange legs. Known for their calm and friendly nature, Pekin ducks are often chosen as backyard pets. We love them.
African geese and Roman Tufted geese can live together harmoniously like these two. Geese are proficient grazers and foragers, helping to control unwanted insects, weeds, and pests in the farm area. Known for their alert and watchful nature, geese can serve as effective guardians, alerting you to potential threats or intruders.
Camo, our two year-old Australian Shepherd, is a perfect fit for our home. With his strong herding instincts, Camo excels at managing and moving livestock, making him an indispensable companion for tasks involving our sheep, cattle, and poultry. His intelligence and eagerness to learn mean he picks up commands quickly, making him not only a joy to train but also an efficient helper around the home.
In addition to his herding skills, Camo’s alert nature makes him an excellent guard dog, always watchful and ready to protect our home from potential threats.
We love and care about our chickens and ducks, and in return, they graciously provide us with fresh, wholesome eggs.
Every contribution, big or small, makes a significant impact on the well-being of our chickens. Your generosity ensures that they continue to provide us with fresh, healthy eggs while leading happy and content lives.
Together, let's nurture our chickens and hens, ensuring they enjoy a life filled with health and happiness. We deeply appreciate your support in sustaining our commitment to responsible farming practices.

In 1991 at the Escuela de Bellas Artes (School for Fine Arts) in Colombia a passion for the arts began refining itself in the heart and mind of Celina. Celina del Castillo was born in Berlin, Germany and has had a life of travels that brought her from the ever historical Germany, to Colombia, and then later to the United States. Currently she resides in rural Maine where she works to refine her craft and spread a message that fuses natural world images with a stylized view that accentuates an inner beauty held within each image. Living in the U.S. she continued to push her artistic understanding further by studying and then achieving a degree in Web Design and Multimedia. Given the fresh new technological understanding she was able to take the tools of this new generation and produce works worthy of recognition. It is with this keen eye for found beauty and new understanding that propelled Celina to achieving the2012 GD Magazine American Package Design Award, and then later the 2013 GD Magazine American Web Design Award.
In this same inspirational time frame her artistic endeavors garnered even more attention as she had many projects displayed in New York City’s Times Square as part of the 2012 “Art for Times Square” design initiative. This was followed up in 2013 where her photography was on display at the EXPOSURE exhibition in Long Island City, New York.
Drawing inspiration and drive from family, she gathers momentum to carry her passion forward in Maine.
My father's side is from Colombia, South America. I lived in Cartagena and visited an art school there.
